Global MasterCard license for one of our Clients

We are pleased to announce that our Banking Law Department of Dudkowiak & Kopeć, headed by our Partner Lawyer Piotr Putyra has recently coordinated the process of obtaining global MasterCard license for one of our Clients. Thanks to the obtained license, the Client – national payment institution (payment services provider) – is authorized to issue credit cards.

Our Law Firm obtained the national payment institution license for the same Client back in December 2017. The license was awarded by the Financial Supervision Authority in unanimous voting. More about national payment institution license you can read here.
