The proposal of amendment to Polish civil procedure – interview with barrister Michał Dudkowiak
On January 10th 2017 on the pages of Polish law portal Gazeta Prawna our Partner Lawyer barrister Michał Dudkowiak gave an interview on the proposal of amendment article 49 of Polish Civil procedure code.
