Legal support for Sunbird Solar Solutions on photovoltaic projects for EPP shopping centres

Dudkowiak & Putyra advised Sunbird Solar Solutions on the implementation of photovoltaic installation projects across 13 shopping centres managed by EPP – the largest shopping centre asset manager in Poland by GLA. 

The project involves the deployment of rooftop solar installations with a total capacity exceeding 7,100 kWp, including at Galeria Młociny, Galaxy, Pasaż Grunwaldzki and Outlet Park. The investment forms part of EPP’s portfolio decarbonisation strategy and supports the growing role of renewable energy in the commercial real estate sector.

Dudkowiak & Putyra’s support covered selected regulatory and transactional aspects related to the implementation of the projects and the deployment of photovoltaic installations in active retail assets.
