Łukasz Gąsiorek

Łukasz Gąsiorek is our GDPR and Data Protection Attorney. He is qualified DPI – Data Protection Inspector and performs this function permanently for number of public entities, incl. municipalities of Poland, and municipal agencies.

Mr. Gąsiorek gained experience in advising to major Polish data centers and IT companies in GDPR rules implementation in 2018. Lukasz also represented client before Polish Data Protection Authority in cases of data leaks. In M&A deals Mr. Gąsiorek runs due diligence in order to identify all data flows and verify its legality and compliance with GDPR procedures.

Data protection team of Dudkowiak Kopeć & Putyra i.e.:

• audits, designs and introduces internal data processing procedures within companies in compliance with GDPR,
• advises and introduces internal regulations allowing intercompany data exchange, including data flows outside of EU,
• advises on data disclosure to third parties,
• advises and drafts regulations allowing to process data legally within the products (e.g. software products).
