What will your responsibilities be?

  • Providing ongoing legal advice to the firm’s clients, both domestic and international.
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents.
  • Analysing legal regulations and case law.
  • Representing clients in court, administrative, and other proceedings before public authorities.
  • Conducting negotiations and supporting clients in pre-litigation disputes.
  • Participating in ongoing matters and independently handling selected projects.
  • Maintaining direct contact with clients and building long-term relationships.
  • Cooperating with other departments of the firm to provide comprehensive legal services.
  • Supervising the work of junior team members.
  • Contributing to the development of the team.

Our requirements

  • Qualified Advocate or Attorney-at-Law admitted to practise in Poland.
  • Very good command of English (minimum B2/C1).
  • Experience in client service and case handling.
  • Ability to manage projects independently and make decisions.
  • Very good work organisation and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills and logical thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build client relationships.
  • Independence and a proactive approach to assigned tasks.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and cooperate with other departments.

Tax Advisor

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Providing ongoing tax advice to the firm’s clients and internal teams.
  • Analysing the tax implications of planned activities and transactions.
  • Preparing tax opinions and other related documents.
  • Drafting submissions in tax proceedings and supporting their handling.
  • Monitoring changes in tax law and assessing their impact on clients’ business operations.
  • Cooperating with accounting, HR, and legal teams.
  • Participating in complex tax projects.
  • Maintaining direct contact with clients and supporting them in day-to-day tax matters.

Our requirements

  • Qualified Tax Advisor, or in the process of obtaining the professional qualification.
  • At least 3 years of experience in tax advisory or working within a tax team.
  • Very good command of English (minimum B2/C1).
  • Independence, attention to detail, and good work organisation.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

  • Preparing drafts of pleadings, legal opinions, and other documents.
  • Analysing legal regulations and case law.
  • Participating in ongoing projects and proceedings.
  • Monitoring changes in the law and preparing updates for clients.
  • Cooperating with the team in providing comprehensive legal services.
