The Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) is switching to e-proceedings mode

The mode of operation of the remote Office in recent weeks has resulted in an accelerated electronicisation of proceedings. UKNF informs that requests, notifications, notifications can be sent to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority using ePUAP. Electronic mode can also be used for administrative proceedings in progress. The change from traditional communication with the Office to electronic allows to reduce the time of circulation of correspondence and the procedure itself.

The Polish Financial Supervision Authority departments are reportedly already prepared to support applicants in the transition to eProcedures. The secretariats of the relevant KNF Departments accept requests for support and comments from users.
