Goodwill without tax on civil law transactions

21 February 2022 the Supreme Administrative Court adopted a resolution of 7 judges which provides that goodwill does not constitute proprietary interest, thus it is not subject to the tax on civil law transactions. The resolution refers to the taxation of goodwill at the time of sale/ replacement of enterprise or organized part of enterprise.
