Obligations of real estate companies

The reporting date for the majority of real estate companies is coming closer. By the end of the third month from the end of the tax year real estate companies must submit to the Head of KAS a report on the ownership structure. Real estate companies, whose tax year ended on 31 December 2021, can do it by the end of March 2022.
