Polish government is planning to limit tax abolition relief

As for now Polish tax residents being employees working in foreign countries generally speaking do not have to pay in Poland an additionall income tax in case when  the amount tax paid in a foreign state is lower then the amount of tax payable in Poland.

This is going to change. The effect of such a change will be a susbtantial increase of income taxes paid by individuals being Polish tax residents, who work in foreign states.
