Grzegorz Żochowski

Grzegorz Żochowski is a graduate of the Law, Administration and Economics Department at the University of Wrocław. Under the direction of Professor Jacek Gołaczyński, he defended his master’s thesis on criminal and civil liability of intermediaries providing information on Internet – particularly so-called host providers of third party data. Currently he is a member of Zielona Góra Bar Association.

Grzegorz Żochowski specializes in new technology law (IT, E-commerce, Internet law) including, among others, issues concerning site positioning, duties related to the use of cookies’ files and drafting regulations for Internet services.

At our firm, he also deals with debt collection and issues related to labor law, construction law as well as domestic and international transport law.

Grzegorz Żochowski is a member of the Dudkowiak & Kopeć Business Lawyers team.

He speaks Polish and is fluent in English.
