- Advises in concluding and terminating civil-law contracts such as non-disclosure agreements, non-compete agreements, B2B agreements etc., along with preparing drafts of such contracts
- Advises in cases of breaching civil-law contracts and represents in cases for the payment of contractual penalties
- Advises in the process of concluding contracts with entities such as private insurance providers, private health insurance providers etc.
- Analyzes and compares offers and conditions of services of external providers on the market
- Supports employers in contact and negotiations with external providers
