Tomasz Kopeć – Barrister at Law – completed legal studies at the Faculty of Law at Mikołaj Kopernik University in Toruń (2004) and the Jean Monnet Center of the European Studies. Subsequently, he completed legal training and became an attorney at law. Since 2008 he has been a member of Bar Council of Zielona Góra and a partner in Dudkowiak Kopeć Law Firm.
Tomasz Kopeć is a specialist in economy, he is particularly interested in company law and business transactions’ law, labour law and social security law. He advises entities being part of corporate and holding structures of foreign capital, focusing mainly on the German market. Tomasz Kopeć’s experience is also connected with eastern and oriental markets, where he implemented projects of creation and transformation of companies and holding structures (e.g. Serbia, China).
Tomasz Kopeć’s knowledge is not limited to the above aspects, he has comprehensive legal knowledge and is well acquainted with many fields related to the contemporary business. This is confirmed by the fact that he regularly manages teams implementing projects within the copyright and intellectual property right. He is also a strong pillar of the penal-economy team, specializing in criminal responsibility of collective entities.
Esq. Tomasz Kopeć is a head of International and European Law Department (Dudkowiak & Kopeć International Lawyers). He regularly works in the headquarters in Zielona Góra.
