UKNF publishes the methodology for evaluating FinTech managers

On the knf.gov.pl website describes the guidelines that guided the preparation of the Methodology. The suitability assessment process is multi-faceted and many of the criteria indicated in the Methodology are of a qualitative nature. The methodology is intended to be useful to practitioners and flexible to cover the multiplicity of cases, job characteristics and diversity of supervised entities. The adequacy assessment process is related to the ongoing supervision of financial institutions by the KNF and UKNF. It takes into account all the features, predispositions, events and circumstances that make up a person’s image.
