We are pleased to announce that the lawyers of our Law Office have helped the client demonstrate to the Regional Court in Lodz that her mortgage contract for natural persons indexed by the Swiss franc course contains prohibited clauses. As a result of the defendant Bank's application of abusive clauses, it was necessary to convert repayments in Swiss currency at the currency purchase rate at the defendant bank on the date the loan was released, that is with a conversion allowing to completely ignore the effect of the original conversion of the loan amount into Swiss currency.
The court adjudged for client of Kancelaria Adwokatów Dudkowiak Kopeć Putyra the amount accounted for nearly 100% of the value of the property purchased for funds from the loan and at the same time about 50% of all debts repaid by our client.
