New application forms for entry into the National Court Register (KRS)

In connection with the entry into force of the Regulation of the Minister of Justice of 15 July 2019 (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1496), new templates of forms applied in proceedings before the registry court (KRS) were published.

The scope of changes
At first glance, these changes seem to be cosmetic, e.g. the KRS-ZN form (Financial statements and other documents) was removed from the list of possible attachments to the application or also the position of the Act on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners in the Official Gazette was updated. Nevertheless, an outtdated form of application submitted to the court may formally constitute the basis for its return to the applicant.

Entry into force
The new forms will come into force on August 17, 2019.
