Tax free facilitations

As of 1 July sellers can register in the PUESC system in order to issue to travellers TAX FREE documents electronically from 2022.

All entrepreneurs selling in the TAX FREE procedure will be obliged as of 1 January 2022 to set up an account at PUESC (Platforma Usług Elektronicznych Skarbowo-Celnych/ Tax and Customs Electronic Services Portal) so as to carry out sales. TAX FREE documents will be issued in electronic form. By means of the portal entrepreneurs will also register amounts of VAT return paid to travellers. Entrepreneurs selling in the TAX FREE procedure will be obliged to have online cash registers. 

This solution will facilitate entrepreneurs to obtain confirmations of export of goods as they will be received directly from the office. A traveler will be able to show an electronic record in their mobile device, which will considerably shorten the time of handling travellers in foreign customs offices.
