Michał Dudkowiak obtained his master's degree from the Faculty of Law at Adam Mickiewicz University and a diploma in British and European Law at the University of Cambridge.
Michał Dudkowiak is a Barrister-at-Law, lecturer and researcher at the Commercial Department of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. He is a member of Polish Legislation Society, Bar Council and a member of European Bar Association in London.
Michal Dudkowiak is specialized in competition and antitrust law in Poland, he represented and advised to numerous Polish and international corporations in various antimonopoly procedures before Polish Consumer Protection and Competition Authority in Poland (UOKiK) in different sectors (e.g. banking, aviation, agricultural, telecommunications).
In addition to above Michal Dudkowiak is a regulatory specialized attorney — he advises to on Polish licenses, concessions and permits procedures. In this field Michal Dudkowiak has extensive experience in aviation, telecommunication, mining and energy projects.
In everyday course Michał Dudkowiak advises to foreign investors in the process of investment in Poland i.e.: M&A, due diligence, company incorporations, branches registrations, structuring the company, obtaining licenses, settling production or processing plants, introducing products into foreign markets, etc.
Mr Michał Dudkowiak regularly trains legal departments of the biggest Polish Companies listed on Warsaw Stock Market on issues related to international business contacts, competition and antitrust law.
Michał Dudkowiak is also an academic, author of various publications and articles in the legal supplement to the „Rzeczpospolita” daily.
