Piotr Putyra

Barrister, Partner

Piotr Putyra graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan with a degree in law.

Member of the Chamber of Advocates in Zielona Gora and Partner of the Law Firm.

Piotr Putyra specializes in international trade. On a daily basis, he leads and coordinates the implementation of numerous international projects (expansion of Polish entrepreneurs to foreign markets, introduction of products to foreign markets). She also deals with international debt collection and coordination of foreign court proceedings. His experience covers such countries as the Netherlands, Norway, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Finland and Italy.

Piotr Putyra specializes in competition law. In this respect, he participated in audits of contractual models and conducted trainings for leading international corporations. In his current activity Piotr Putyra advises and represents entrepreneurs in proceedings before the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.

On a daily basis, Piotr Putyra also participates in infrastructure projects and represents clients before public administration bodies. Piotr Putyra is particularly interested in penal law and penal fiscal law.

He speaks Polish and English.
