July 15, 2019 – deadline for submission of financial statements for 2018 to the National Court Register for the most Polish companies
We kindly remind remind you that the deadline for submitting financial statements for 2018 for most Polish companies listed in the National Court Register is coming. Until 15 July 2019, those companies whose financial year coincides with the calendar year are required to submit the following documents to the Financial Document Repository:
- annual financial statement,
- Management Board report,
- resolution of Shareholders’ Meeting approving the above documents.
Due to the amendment to the Act on the National Court Register, the professional proxy (attorney, legal advisor) may also submit an application to the Repository.
However, it’s worth to remember about the obligation to sign annual financial statements and activity reports by all members of the company’s management board using an electronic signature or a trusted ePUAP profile. These obligations must be carried out by members of the board in person.
