DKP obtains interim protection of Zelmer brand

DKP obtains interim protection of Zelmer brand. Regional Court of Warsaw issued interim order against Zelmotor, a company that was introducing goods with a trademark similar to Zelmer. The court considered that there is a risk of confusion and banned Zelmotor from trading with goods with such trademark.
