D&P represents HMS Bergbau AG in Krupiński Mine Acquisition

D&P represented German Stock Listed Investor – HMS Bergbau AG – in the transaction process regarding purchase of Krupiński Mine from Polish Mine Restructuring Company (SRK). D&P represented the investor in the process of due diligence, transaction advisory and negotiations. The project involved numerous consultations with Ministry of Energy and European Commission, incl. refunds of EU subsidies. The project team was leaded by Mr. Michal Dudkowiak
