Glenn Haulussy is a Dutch lawyer and head of our Alliance Law Firm in Nederland: Dudkowiak Haulussy Assn.
Mr Haulussy graduated from Erasmus University of Rotterdam and obtained post-graduate diploma in Corporate and Insolvency Law at the University of Nijmegen.
He has been counselling international entrepreneurs on the implementation of investment projects in the territory of Nederland for many years and has broad experience in representing international clients in Nederland-based court proceedings.
Mr Haulussy has acquired particular expertise in conducting negotiations and solving international disputes in Nederland.
His day-to-day cooperation with international clients comprises collecting debt from Dutch debtors, advising on Dutch corporate law, employment law and intellectual property law.
Additionally, Mr Haulussy has been successful in advising on the introduction of companies and products onto the Dutch market and their everyday functioning on that market.
As a head lawyer of our Alliance in Nederland, Mr Haulussy won trust of numerous foreign entrepreneurs.
Glenn Haulussy speaks Dutch and English. He manages the affairs of Polish-speaking clients with the assistance of our Polish personnel.
