Thijs Hebben is a Belgian lawyer and head of our Alliance Law Firm in Belgium: Dudkowiak Hebben Assn.
Mr Hebben graduated from Legal Department of Gent University in Belgium.
He has been counselling international entrepreneurs on the implementation of investment projects in the territory of Belgium for many years and has broad experience in representing international clients in Belgium-based court proceedings.
Mr Hebben has acquired particular expertise in conducting negotiations and solving international disputes in Belgium.
His day-to-day cooperation with international clients comprises collecting debt from Belgian debtors, advising on corporate law, employment law and intellectual property law in Belgium.
Additionally, Mr Hebben has been successful in advising on the introduction of companies and products onto the Belgian market and their everyday functioning on that market.
As a head lawyer of our Alliance in Belgium, Mr Hebben won trust of numerous foreign entrepreneurs.
Thijs Hebben speaks Dutch and English. He manages the affairs of Polish-speaking clients with the assistance of our Polish personnel.
