Obligatory contracting of agricultural products

With the beginning of 2019, the work related to introduction of the obligation of contracting of agricultural products was started. The first meeting of the working group was held on January 14, 2019, the next meeting is scheduled for January 25, 2019 and its agenda includes the presentation of legal conditions for the planned regulation by UOKiK (Competition and Consumer Protection Authority). Barrister Michal Dudkowiak took part in the meetings of working group on the side of the processors.
